Maas ke sooley

Rajesthani delicacy
Maas ke sooley
Spicy presses meat cooked on open fire (char grilled)
Ccccccccc......

Marinade
Crushed chilli
Crushed garlic
Crushed coriader seed
Methi seed paste
Mustard oil
Lemon juice
Pink salt
Raw papaya paste

Marinate for 2 hours
Roll on skewers
Cook on burning charcole.(BBQ)

Serve with pyaz dhaniya ki chutney (onion and green coriander chutney)
