Rice flour
White lentil flour
Salt
Coconut cream
Water
1.Make a batter of pouring consistancy.
2.Leave aside for 30 minutes to ferment.
Pour over preheated appam pan using laddle. Spread the batter by moving the pan in round. Cook untill crispy and golden in color.
Serve with any vegetable curry, tomato chutney. Coconut chutney. Gun powder
