Healthi and lite appetizer.
Chapatis are rolles with tandoori baked yam, mashed and mixed with chopped red onion, green chilli, green coriander and seasoned with black salt, mustard oil and layered with fresh sprouts.
Serve with raw turmeric and mustard chutney. (smoked with heeng/asefoetida)
