Lassuni mahi tikka

Spicy GARLIC marinated Snapper fish cubes ( with out bone ) roasted in TANDOOR.

140 gm. Cube of red snapper fish
Marinate with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, yellow chilli powder, lemon juice, mustard oil & green garlic stems.

Marinate for two hrs.

Cook in tandoori oven for 8 minutes at 245*c.
At home :- preheat your oven and cook at 240*c and cook for 8 minutes

Serve with achari chutney ( pickle dip ), tamarind ( imli ) chutney) and salad
