Tandoori stuffed yellow australian squash

Yummi appetizer..
First cut squash in halves, scoop with tiny scoop and marinate with tandoori marinade for two hours.
Prepare stuffing:
Mash the paneer (cottage chese) and mix salt, crushed pepper, kasoori methi and fennel powder.

Stuff the squash and joint the halves together. Now skewer the squash. Cook in tadoori oven at 180*c for 8 minute. Open the halves and serve with saunth chutney ( tamarind sauce )
